So Easy Tomato Beef Kluski

So Easy Tomato Beef Kluski is a simple and tasty one-pot recipe you will want to add to your regular dinner rotation.

My sweet mother-in-law, Diane, gave me the idea for this recipe when my kids were little. She knew I was always looking for something quick and easy to make for dinner after work and this was perfect!

I'm pretty sure this recipe was originally made with original Kluski egg noodles, which are very similar to regular egg noodles, but made with more egg. I prefer the egg noodles because they are easier to find. Feel free to use original Kluski noodles if you want.

This is by no means a fancy recipe, but it is delicious, great for picky eaters and comes together so quick! The noodles actually cook in the tomato juice.
